Caregiver Requirements
We're looking for dedicated individuals who share our commitment to providing exceptional care. Here's what we're looking for in our team members:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
- Physical ability to assist with mobility and daily activities
